The services were excellent, including excellent breakfasts and public parking if needed. In short, the room was stunning, had exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom. The staff was great and everything was wonderful.
Some people working there were very rude.

We liked the ability to return easily to the Hotel for rest and relaxation during our visits to the Alhambra. In the hot weather of June, being able to relax with a cool drink in the courtyard was fantastic. We also enjoyed our delightful room on the First Floor (2nd American) with its own small balcony overlooking the courtyard.
The breakfast was poor and relatively expensive with little choice. Clearer instructions prior to arrival about how to get to the hotel and the car parking would have been very useful.

The hotel which has been in the same family hands since 1936, is welcoming, has lots of character and is beautifully situatated within the walls of the Alhambra. The excellent breakfast is served in the delightful leafy courtyard. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The beds are comfortable and the ambience more than makes up for the pretty basic rooms and tiny showers.

The restaurant closed in the evening, limiting dining options with nothing nearby within a 15-minute walk. Air conditioning didn't reliably work, leading to discomfort during warm nights, with no one available to help when it was most needed. The cleanliness of the shower left room for improvement, evident with hair left in the drain tray.

The location provided amazing views and easy access to local attractions. My terrace room featured unique design elements that added a personal touch to our stay. We faced a serious issue when raw chicken fingers were served, causing concern and disappointment. While the charge was removed, the lack of response from the staff regarding the situation was upsetting. Despite enjoying freshly was great.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right on the Alhambra hill. We were able to drop off our luggage at the hotel and then park the car in the Alhambra carpark with a discount from the hotel. The building is quaint and charming with a cool courtyard for drinks and snacks, and the hotel staff allowed us to leave our luggage in a locked room after we had checked out until we were ready to retrieve the car and leave the Alhambra. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The showerhead in our bathroom did not fit the overhead holder so it was impossible to use the shower in the ordinary way. I meant to mention this when we checked out but now realise I forgot to do so.

Very nice hotel inside the Alhambra and very quiet location in the evening. Rooms and hotel are very quaint and comfortable.
There is no dinner and breakfast is not included. Parking is 700 m!! away and in order to take the short-cut you need a day ticket to the Alhambra. The hotel should strike a deal on parking with the hotel next door alternatively ensure that it is easy to collect your car on the day of departure.

Staying here was perfect for exploring the Alhambra. The staff quickly helped when my wife hurt her knee, and the breakfast was great with huge croissants and fresh juice. Our room felt spacious with beautiful furniture. The patio was a cute spot for lunch and drinks 😊

Great location with all the benefits of staying close to the Alhambra. Our room was very comfortable opening out to the open air courtyard. The room was quiet, very clean, the bed comfortable which enabled a a great sleep. The hotel has easy access to all the Alhambra sites. Breakfast was good and served by a delightful gentlemen. The staff were very helpful and booked our tickets to see the Alhambra. A very memorable stay made so by such a great experience.
It was difficult to get car access to the hotel to collect our bags. No one was on barrier arm post.

Unbeatable location - inside the Alhambra, right next door to the Parador. Good, welcoming feel about the hotel, with a lovely cool, shaded interior courtyard. Classic old-style Spanish rooms and furnishings.
Hotel restaurant was, surprisingly, not open on a Saturday, either for lunch or dinner. Not a big problem as there are plenty of restaurants close by, but a bit disappointing.
